Application Procedures
1) Download the application and physical examination record forms by click here. You may need to download Acrobat Reader to view and print the form by click here.

2) Fill out the form, then mail the form and your check or money order of the camp fee to:

The check or money order should be made payable to US China Exchange Association.

3) After we receive your application, we will contact you and help you arrange the trip to China.

Camp Fees
The camps fees are listed in the following table:

The above fees only include tuition, board, lodging, trip transportation, and the first sight entrance tickets. The above fees don't include visa, air-ticket, medical service, insurance and other fees required to go through the local formalities. Please consult the local agency for the concrete fees. All the fees shall be calculated in US dollars; all the other currencies shall be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate for the very day.

Other fees
1) The fee for overstay: For the few students who are unable to arrive (arrive in advance) or leave (overstay) as scheduled, we shall collect a daily fee up to one seventh of the weekly fees.

2) The fee for renting the school vehicle: If the student has special need and wants to use the school vehicle, he shall pay the fee up to USD20/person/time.

Refund Policy
If the camper applies to quit the Summer Camp one week before the camp period begins, he shall be refunded all the camp fees; if he applies to quit the Summer Camp one day before the camp period begins, he shall be refunded 80% of the camp fees. After the camp period begins, no camp fees shall be refunded. If the camper is unable to continue to attend the lessons because of sudden illness or force majeure, the tuition shall be deducted in accordance with the actual number of days attending the lessons (less than one day shall be calculated as one day), 80% of the remainder shall be refunded. If the camper wants to go through the formalities to have the refund, he should take the receipt for the camp fees and go to the Office of Financial Affairs on the ending date of the camp period.
